This stoneware mugs is high-fired to 1250°C in an electric kiln. To achieve its unique marble effect, stained clay is wedged together by hand before each piece is individually thrown and turned on the wheel. The pattern on every mug is unique, determined by the specific wedging process and the ratio of coloured clays used.

The mugs are finished with a thin, transparent glaze on both the interior and exterior. While they are dishwasher and microwave safe due to the high firing temperature, we recommend handwashing to best preserve their handmade quality and ensure their longevity.
